The MCB1200 is a highly flexible, modular and configurable 1200 W medical-grade AC-DC power supply, designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern medical systems. The MCB1200 series of medical grade modular and configurable AC-DC power supply provides 1200 W from a 6.09” X 6.05” X 1.61” package, distributed among eight (8) independent and isolated slots where four single 150 W output modules and two 75 W+75 W dual output modules can be plugged.
Thanks to their extremely wide output voltage adjustability range and the capability to connect modules of the same type in series and parallel, the MCB1200 offers unrivalled flexibility.
Advanced functions such as remote output current / voltage control and programming, single slot inhibit and all slots inhibit make the MCB1200 interactive with complex medical systems.
The MCB1200 comes in a closed package with a 2x built-in speed-controlled fans to ensure the required airflow while maintaining minimal operational noise.
Output modules of the same type can be connected in parallel in any number within slots 1-to-4 or 5-to-8 without the need for OR-ing protection. Paralleling modules of the same type inserted into slots 1-to-4 with the ones inserted into slots 5-to-8 does require OR-ing protection with FET or diodes between the two sections. OR-ing diodes or FET is required when operating modules in a N+1 redundant configuration.
The MCB1200 series complies with latest IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60601-1 safety standards for medical application.
